This dataset comprises qualitative and quantitative data collected through structured interviews and questionnaires with stakeholders involved in olive tree and vineyard pruning across Spain and Greece. It includes expert insights from farm owners, field supervisors, agricultural workers, and cooperative members, focusing on practices, tools, working conditions, and perceptions of emerging technologies such as exoskeletons, augmented reality (AR), and autonomous robotic pruning platforms (ARPP). Data includes interview transcripts, survey responses, demographic metadata, and perception ratings on Likert scales (22 interviews). The dataset is unique in its dual focus on traditional and technology-assisted pruning practices and integrates psychosocial, cognitive, and operational dimensions
