Her professional experience has been developed in international and cross-functional environments. She has experience in certification and conformity management for products with an international scope, having knowledge on European Directives, Regulations and Standards. She manages the Electronic Devices Platform in TECNALIA comprising of EMC and Radio testing activities together with other regulatory or standard requirements on other fields including environmental and durability tests. In consequence, she has developed a deep knowledge of the processes of standardization and how standards play a role in the development of new and innovative products.
She got a Master degree on Telecommunication Engineering at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de la Universidad el País Vasco and a Master in Business Administration in La Universidad Comercial de Deusto.
Prior to TECNALIA, where she joined in 2016, she worked at a private Company focused on the design, development, production and sale of communication devices for m2m and iot covering cellular communication standards, together with other short-range radio standards, where she managed the Certification department together with the Quality department. She also worked at Ericsson, first as RF Designer and the as the Hardware Group Manager. She has deep knowledge on the impact of the new technologies in a company, having participated in a private company foundation and in the start and consolidation of its new activities and departments.
She has also experience in leading groups of people, coordinating department activities, and in project management.
She is now a Member of AENOR SC/TC 210 (CISPR) group and of the EUANB Association.
