ShortBio
Ainhoa Pereda Aldazabal
She received the degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 1998 from the University of the Basque Country, Spain.
Since 1998 she is developing her research in TECNALIA Research and Innovation (before 2011 ROBOTIKER) first as a researcher in the the Department of Telecommunication and Electronic Equipment and from 2008 on the solar energy field.
Her main investigation fields are the design and development of power and control electronics applied to photovoltaic solar energy conversion and management systems and hybrid photovoltaic-thermal systems. She also has experience on energy management systems for PV self-consumption applications with predictive control-based strategies to manage electrical storage and flexible loads as well as more recently on digital twin issues applied to energy assets.
He has worked on numerous R&D projects in the renewable energy sector, both international, regional and national programs and is co-author of more than 10 publications and conference presentations at national and international conferences.
