PhD. in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Deusto (2025). Graduated in Computer Engineering from the University of Deusto (2020) and holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity Research from the University of León (2022). Since 2018, he has participated in the development of tools and systems for psychological, social, and physical health within the Deusto eVida group. During his Master’s studies, he was part of the Riasc research group at the University of León in collaboration with the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE), working on projects focused on detecting new threats and unknown patterns on the network using artificial intelligence techniques.

As part of his PhD, he worked as a research assistant at DeustoTech, participating in key cybersecurity and AI projects such as BEREZ-IA and Smart Industrial Systems. He currently works as a Cybersecurity Researcher at TECNALIA Research & Innovation. Throughout his undergraduate and master’s education, he has obtained various cybersecurity certifications, including “EU-GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation in IT Environments,” “eJPT Junior Penetration Tester by eLearnSecurity,” and “Palo Alto Security Operations Professional.” In 2023, he was a finalist in the V National Cyber League, a cybersecurity technical challenge CTF organized by the Guardia Civil.
