Graduate in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Zaragoza, with a Master's degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence from the School of Industrial Organization, a Master's degree in Industry 4.0 from the International University of La Rioja, a University Expert title in R&D&I Management, and a Fundamental Specialist certification in ISA/IEC 62443 Standard to Secure Your Control Systems from the ISA Certificate Program, he also holds Beckhoff Solution Provider accreditation in Industry. He began his professional career as a Field Engineer at CETEST, in its Instrumentation and Measurement department. As part of his work at CETEST, he participated in various projects in the railway sector, developing dynamic vehicle behavior and structural fatigue tests, both in accordance with the applicable standards (UNE-EN-ISO). His main responsibilities included defining, preparing, and installing the different sensors and data acquisition equipment on the railway vehicle, performing measurements during the tests, and preparing the final technical report on regulatory compliance for the vehicle's commissioning. All of this was carried out at the facilities of the end customer who purchased the vehicle, so he has worked all over the world (Brazil, Turkey, the United Kingdom, etc.). He has worked as a researcher at TECNALIA since 2019, in the Next Generation Factories business area within the Industry and Mobility division. His main activity focuses on the design and implementation of OT/IT architectures for intelligent monitoring, data acquisition, and preprocessing at the machine level, while maintaining the concept of Security by Design.
