Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Mechanics from the University of the Basque Country, in 2001. She has been working as a researcher in metal forming since 2001. Specialized in simulation of metal forming processes, hot forming of hardened steels and aluminum, hydroforming, forging, etc... of metallic materials using simulation software such as Pamstamp2g, Forge, Abaqus, Ansys, Ls-Dyna.
She is a Researcher and/or Coordinator of research projects related to the development of new/better forming processes, optimization of forming processes, vehicle lightening strategies, new materials, energy efficiency in forming processes... and has given training courses to companies such as Gestamp, Acerinox and Renault.
In 2020 she completed the postgraduate course "University Specialist in Predictive Data Analytics Projects for Industry 4.0" at the UPV.
