ShortBio
Mrs. Ana Moya (female) graduated in Computer Science at the University of Deusto in 1996. In March 2015 she obtained the title of the Master “Gamification and Transmedia Narrative” at IEBS (Innovation & Entrepreneurship Business School) to strengthen her knowledge in these technologies to apply them in different areas. She started worked as a researcher in European Software Institute (ESI) in 1999. Nowadays she is a project manager in the eService Business Area of the ICT Division in TECNALIA. She has collaborated in several projects at both international and national levels, such as LAW-GAME, SHOP4CF, KYKLOS, RAYUELA, GATEKEEPER, HR-RECYCLER and OCARIoT.
Her main expertise includes HF (Human Factors), User Experience (UX), Gamification and user engagement in contexts as education, health, business, etc. In turn, Ana also participates in projects in which, through neuroscience tools, measure the psychophysiological reactions of users when they perceive stimuli through the senses at the moment the user experience is validated. Ana also conducts research for the application of new models of motivation applied to learning environments and changes in behavior to achieve objectives.
