Ana Pérez Márquez. Chemical Engineer from the University of the Basque Country (2008) and Master in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Deusto (2008-2009). Since 2008, she has been working at Tecnalia as a researcher in the Manufacturing Processes and Materials area within the Industry and Mobility Unit. She is currently responsible for the electrospinning line, focusing her activity on the synthesis, manufacturing, and characterization of nanostructured materials for various applications such as air filtration and water decontamination, smart textiles, or the development of nanofiber veils as reinforcement for composite materials. Additionally, since 2019, she has been part of the Functional Printing group, collaborating in the optimization of direct printing techniques on different fabrics, parts, and structures.
