Mechanical Engineer by the University of Navarra (TECNUN) and PhD. by University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), he has worked as a researcher since 2008 in the Fatronik Manufacturing Processes Department at the development of asymmetric incremental sheet metal forming technology, both hot and cold. In 2011 he joined the Production Methods and Robotics area at Tecnalia, where he has worked on the development of sheet metal deformation technology, on the study of machining processes and the implementation of different advanced cooling methods, as well as on process monitoring. union and in the design of new fixture concepts for the aeronautical sector. In line with these activities, he has led several industrial research projects, published a dozen scientific articles in indexed journals, and is the author of three international patents.
