Antxon Artola, superior technician with more than 10 years of experience working on research projects. Since 2014, he develops applications and processes in the foundry and steel industry. His experience is focused on the assembly and tuning of equipment related to the foundry industry, as well as the execution of tests of different metallurgical processes and development of new materials. The development of high-power thermal plasma applications stands out. He also has knowledge in aluminum and magnesium gravity and HPDC casting processes. In relation to the foundry and steel industry, he has worked on several national and European projects, especially in the experimental test definition and execution. He is also, since 2021, the responsible of the Cirmetal pilot plant of Tecnalia.
