Personal profile

ShortBio

My current activity in Tecnalia focuses on the intersection of data-driven and physical modelling for describing the dynamic energy performance of building envelopes and buildings as a whole. I have 15 years of experience in the design, modelling, experimentation and optimisation of building envelopes, with a focus on thermal and moisture performance. I have delivered consultancy and training in building envelope design, energy-efficient renovation, data analysis, thermal modelling and hygrothermal numerical simulation to building professionals, product developers, universities and public bodies. Since 2016 I am also a part-time lecturer in the MSc in Building Performance of TU Dublin.
