Borja Tellado MsC in Physics. Basque Country University (1998) MsC in Computational and Intelligent Systems (2018)
Incorporated in to TECNALIA’s construction unit at 2008, member of the Digital-Energy unit.
Research activities are focused on the advanced development of smart devices and the virtualization of infrastructures, particularly in the context of electrical substations. The integration of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IED) with Artificial Intelligence models for demand prediction and efficient grid management is key in this field.
Previously, research activity was centered on the construction and development of smart devices for energy management. A key aspect is the integration of energy demand and consumption forecasting methods within BMS/EMS platforms, as well as the improvement of these forecasts through the use of AI model
Previous professional in engineering companies as head of development for management systems in Power Plants; expertise, both, developing communication protocol with IED-s (Intelligent Electronic Devices) and integration of Power Plats management systems in Airport Business Processes.
