He received his B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from the Simón Bolívar Univerity, Venezuela in 2018 and his Ph.D. degree in Physical Engineering from the University of the Basque Country, Spain, in 2024. He is currently working as a Research Engineer inside the Cooperative, Connected, and Automated Mobility team in Tecnalia Member of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance, Spain. His research interest includes decision-making and control strategies for Connected and Automated Vehicles.
