Professional in the field of sustainable urban planning, specifically in the field of Integrated Urban Regeneration as an urban policy aimed at improving social cohesion and integration. With more than thirteen years of experience, I have been able to delve into the analysis and definition of urban policies focused on the multidimensional rehabilitation of vulnerable neighbourhoods, introducing universal accessibility as an aspect that combines economic, social and environmental criteria, to achieve a better adaptation of built environments to urban challenges, incorporating innovation in the management and governance of the city as key pieces for the cities of the 21st century. He has experience in the development of projects at all levels, both European, national and local, highlighting:
• NetZero Cities, building more than 100 climate-neutral and smart cities by 2030. Horizon Europe.
• ATELIER. AmsTErdam BiLbao cItizen drivEn smart cities. Horizon Europe.
• SmartEnCity – Towards Smart Zero CO2 Cities across Europe
