Claudiu Adrián Glodeanu is a geographer and thermal comfort modeler at TECNALIA (Basque Research and Technology Alliance, Spain), within the Climate Change Adaptation team of the Energy, Climate and Urban Transition unit. His research focuses on microscale thermal comfort modeling, urban vulnerability assessment to heat stress, and the evaluation of nature-based solutions through numerical simulation tools such as ENVI-met. His earlier academic work examined socio-spatial health inequalities, specifically the relationship between socioeconomic conditions and cerebrovascular disease morbidity in the Greater Bilbao area. He has participated in European projects including the LIFE programme and H2020 URBANAGE, collaborating with municipal administrations in Spain and other countries such as Colombia or Estonia.
