Relevant experience in international contexts in Europe and South America in the field of risk assessments due to disasters and climate change. He has published scientific articles and presentations at international conferences. Participation in multiple projects funded by European Commission, United Nations Development Programme, Copernicus, ECMWF, JRC, Eurostat or European Environment Agency.
