Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria in 2013, she obtained a Master’s in Civil Engineering in 2015. In January 2021, she completed her PhD in Civil Engineering with the thesis titled “Recommendations for the application of life cycle analysis methodology in asphalt pavements.” She joined Tecnalia in July 2020, where she currently works as a researcher and manager in the Circularity area. Her specialization includes Sustainability Analysis (environmental, economic, and social) and the development of tools that apply LCA/LCCA methodologies in various sectors, such as chemical processes for the recovery of critical metals, the generation of bio-based waste, and the naval sector. Additionally, she has participated in construction-related projects, including the use of slag in roads, traffic emissions analysis, asphalt pavement durability, and the analysis of additives to improve asphalt mixtures.
