He is a software engineer from the University of Deusto. Gorka has been working since 1998 in the execution and management of research projects related to information and communication technologies. During this period, he has covered various research areas including quality processes and models, development and migration to service-based solutions, and in recent years, migration of applications to cloud infrastructures. He is currently involved in projects for the systematic implementation of process centers to create complex systems with multiple servers working together. In the last year, clusters have been created both from hardware in Tecnalia's process centers and from infrastructure as a service provided by Amazon. Clusters of different kinds have been created, such as Openstack, Azure, Amazon (IaaS), Openshift (PaaS), or Hadoop (BigData), Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, which are being used in both internal and external projects (Health, Energy, Public Administration).
