Idoya del Rio BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Deusto, Bilbao – Spain, 1994. MSc in “Software Engineering” from the University od Deusto, Bilbao – Spain, 1996.
Since 1995, she has been working as a researcher at Tecnalia Research & Innovation, which has allowed her to work on a wide variety of R&D projects, addressing different topics such as cybersecurity, traceability, embedded systems or web infrastructures.
It is worth mentioning the work carried out in recent years related to the DigComp framework, in the development, evaluation and certification of digital and soft skills.
