Telecommunications Engineer, specialized in Telematics, by the Basque Country University (Bilbao) in 2001, he joined the company at 2003. For more than a decade he has managed, designed, developed and maintained several software applications projects on Computer Aided Production Engineering for automatic drilling and fastening machines in aeronautical manufacturing, which are most of them still in use in Airbus/EADS assembly facilities (Spain: Getafe, Sevilla, Cádiz. France: Toulouse. Germany: Stade), Boeing (USA: Wichita), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (India: Bangalore), COMAC (China: Shanghai), Xi’an Aircraft Company (China: Xi’an).

From 2010 to 2013 he was the main developer of Tecnalia for the EU FP7 project Alicia, focused on developing innovative cockpit infrastructure for all condition operation in aircrafts.

From 2015 he is involved in Operational Technology (OT) for Industry 4.0, focused on connectivity with different numerical controls, PLCs, sensors for data acquisition from machines for traceability and key performance indicators computing.

In 2019 he joined the maintenance group, focusing the data acquisition to a Condition-based Maintenance, with participation in the development of algorithms for failure mode detection according to spectral analysis of vibrations on machinery.
