Senior technician in machining production (C.F. Somorrostro) with more than 15 years of experience in R&D projects. He joined TECNALIA in 2008 as a research technician, working on research projects in the field of iron and steel processes. He has extensive experience in metallurgy, development of new steel grades, experimental casting, design and execution of mechanical tests, metallography, nanotechnology applied to steels and temperature measurements in industrial furnaces. He has worked on both national and European projects. Since 2011, he has been responsible for the management, quality and maintenance of TECNALIA's 700 testing laboratory.
