Inés Gómez is M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Basque Country. She has been part of the Energy Systems and Grids area in Tecnalia since 2004. She specializes in regulatory and market conditions of the electrical system, both at national and European level, and develops economic analysis related to flexibility management based on distributed generation, demand management, energy efficiency in buildings, microgrids and electric vehicles. She has participated in numerous research projects related to these topics, both at European level (Green eMotion, PlanGridEV, SmartNet, CoordiNet, GLocalFlex), and at local level (GRETHA, Elkarten). She is co-author of articles and presentations at international conferences.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
