ShortBio

Degree in Chemistry from the University of the Basque Country (2005) and PhD in Sciences from the University of Navarra (2016), I completed my doctoral thesis in the Department of Materials of CEIT-IK4, entitled "Development of ceramic membranes of microfiltration by low cost processing for wastewater treatment", following my participation in several research work in the field of inorganic membranes for liquid filtration. From 2011 to 2020 I worked in the R&D and Quality Control Department of LIKUID NANOTEK, a company dedicated to the production of ceramic membranes and filtration systems for micro and ultra filtration, where I developed and strengthened my knowledge in the manufacture, characterization and quality control of ceramic membranes from the industrial field. I am currently a researcher and project manager at Tecnalia Research & Innovation, on the Membrane Technology and Process Intensification group, focusing my activity on the development of inorganic membranes for gas separation.
