Jose Oyarzabal is an industrial engineer with 30 years of experience in electrical power systems and information technologies. As a senior engineer at Tecnalia, he specializes in transmission and distribution control systems, power system simulation and process automation by ICTs.
Between 2006 and 2015, he has also been part time lecturer at the faculty of engineering of the University of Deusto, Bilbao. Mr. Oyarzabal is member the association of industrial engineers of Bilbao since 1992.
