Ph.D. (University of Deusto, Spain). He received a computer engineering degree in 2000 from the University of the Deusto, the M.S. degree in information security from Deusto University, Spain, in 2005, and the M.S. degree in education and ICT (e-learning) from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Spain, in 2016. Since 2011 he works as researcher on research projects in the area of digital skills, evaluation and certification, in Industry and Mobility unit in TECNALIA. His research interest includes digital competence, technology-enhanced assessment, game-based assessment and assessment analytics.
