With more than 8 years of research experience in both basic and applied fields, his research lines have primarily focused on food and health biotechnology. He possesses extensive knowledge in bacterial and cellular cultures, active extracts from different matrices, and genome studies to identify markers of physiological alterations relevant to health. Throughout his professional career, he has published 4 articles as a first author in high-impact scientific journals and participated in several public funding projects.
