Laura Quant holds a PhD in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability from the University of the Basque Country and the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour. She has worked for the last decade in applied research on optimization of energy efficiency in building systems. She worked in the ENEDI research team from 2015 to 2022, actively participating in other working groups such as LaTEP (Pau, France); and PSA-CIEMAT (Madrid, Spain).

Since joining TECNALIA in 2023, she has been working in the Energy, Climate, and Urban Transition area. Her work is focused on research on topics related to positive energy buildings. Besides, she is engaged in projects for the design and development of innovative services and products for energy-sustainable construction, efficient thermal systems, thermal storage, and air quality improvement.
