Current business manager in the Medical Technologies area at TECNALIA, she is a Telecommunications Engineer from the University of Deusto (2005) and an Expert in Business and Technology Management (University of Deusto 2013). She has worked in research in the field of Ambient Intelligence at Ikerlan (2005-2008), participating in European projects with applications in health (Amigo, Smarttouch, Trust4all, AmIE), as well as in human-robot interaction (FLORENCE, FLUENT, ACROSS, INTEX) at TECNALIA since 2007. In recent years, her activity has focused on supporting the strategic definition of the area from a business opportunity perspective, including specific cases such as market transfer through startups in the field of robotic surgery and teleoperated systems, such as the Kirubotics initiative, and management of the European project RobotUnion, a startup accelerator in the field of robotics.
