Chemical Engineer at the University of the Basque Country (2007, ETSI Bilbao). Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering at Ramon Llull University (IQS, Barcelona-2008), she took Hydrogen Technologies Course given by CNH2 in 2021. She has worked in the company Deenma (2007-2010), in Barcelona, at the biomass and waste recovery area. From 2010 to 2012 she worked as head of mechanical equipment at Sener Ingeniería y Sistemas (Getxo). Three years' experience as a process engineer at Novargi Engineering (Vitoria), in the Oil&Gas sector, developing process calculation, simulation and design using Aspen Plus and pressure equipment using Aspen Exchanger & Rating. In November 2014 she joined TECNALIA and has participated in projects such as Enerheat II (ETORGAI), for the design of a flue gas heat recovery system; Pitagoras (FP7), for industrial heat recovery in steelworks and Geotech (H2020) focused on the use of geothermal energy to the development of a dual heat pump and the Indus3es project (H2020). It has also participated in Elkartek projects such as BEROA-GO, BEROA-GO 2.0 and BEROA-GO 3. 0 and projects related to industrial decarbonization with clients such as BASF, PEPSICO or PETRONOR, and currently working on the ATMOSPHERE project (New Technologies for the Storage, Generation and Safety of Hydrogen Plants) for the optimisation of thermal management in electrolysers, H2OCEAN (2021-present: New Generation of Sustainable Ships: Applied research in green propulsion, digitalisation and manufacturing optimisation in maritime transport) and ENGIMMONIA- Sustainable technologies for future long distance shipping towards complete decarbonisation.
