Industrial Engineer since 2000 from the University of the Basque Country. He joined Labein-Tecnalia in June 2002 as project director with the functions of being responsible for the planning, management and development of projects related to the evaluation and calculation of reinforced concrete, metal and wooden structures, existing and newly built. ; preparing reports on building damage; the design, calculation and drafting of projects for the reinforcement and rehabilitation of structures; and the design of reinforcements for structures with innovative systems. Since 2018, he is responsible for R&D projects related to monitoring (SHM) and the design of reinforcements to extend structural useful life.
