ShortBio
Renewable Energy Engineer from the University School of Industrial Technical Engineering of Eibar, UPV EHU. She also completed a research master's degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering at the Higher Technical School of Engineering in Bilbao. She completed her Master thesis at TECNALIA, working on the development of a tool for the evaluation of energy demand at district scale within the European PLANHEAT project. She is currently a researcher in the energy planning team of the Energy and Environment Division of TECNALIA working on projects related to the evaluation of energy systems at different scales, "Smart cities" projects, as well as on the environmental impact assessment of energy technologies and energy transition scenarios for cities, as well as in the processing of information and generation of models using GIS systems. She has worked on the development of the Enerkad tool and its adaptation for specific case studies, with San Sebastian City Council, in the Berringurumena project, with Irun City Council and in the European projects MatchUp, Making City and Greta and in others such as Atelier and Decarb City Pipes 2050 in which she participates and has worked jointly with the city of Bilbao.
She is currently working on other projects on a regional scale, such as iDesignRES, also in the field of energy planning using GIS tools.
