PhD in Chemistry (2015), has extensive experience in both fundamental and applied research in the fields of chemistry and materials science. Since 2019, she has been part of the Materials for Extreme Conditions Department at Tecnalia, focusing on research in corrosion and protective coatings.

Her work includes the investigation and development of innovative products such as corrosion protection systems, controlled-release corrosion inhibitors, hydrogen embrittlement mitigation in metals, and cathodic protection systems. She is also experienced in creating databases for selecting corrosion-resistant materials tailored to specific applications. Additionally, she has contributed to projects evaluating and selecting coatings for offshore structures.

The outcomes of her research are showcased in 18 scientific publications, with more than 2,500 citations.
