Dr. Olga Gómez de Miranda Jiménez de Aberasturi: Master and PhD in Chemical engineering. Researcher Materials and Processes area of the Energetic, Climatic and urban Transition Division of Tecnalia. She has 23 years’ experience in development of technologies and research projects related to chemical synthesis, catalytic structures development catalytic reactions research, and downstream processes. Some areas of expertise are: development of polymers and other products from biomass and renewable raw materials. Development of sustainable processes. The resulting compounds are applied in different sectors as adhesives, coatings and others; Biofuels production; building blocks synthesis for different applications as intermediates, or final products; Environmental pollutant mitigation, among others. She has 20 international publications and participates in three patents related to bio-product synthesis from biomass and environmental technologies for their purification.
