Orlando Peña González. Telecommunications engineer by the University of the Vasc Country (UPV/EHU), 1992. Master by reseach (Mphil) at the University of Bradford, West Yorkshire (UK), about “Personnal radio mobile Communications”. Joined, 1995, Morotola ECID Swindon, Wiltshire (UK) designing GSM radio infrastrucure. Then in 1999 he joined Ericcson Bilbao (Spain) designing GPS receivers and GSM mobile phones. Finally in 2002 he joined Tecnalia, as senior RF Hardware engineer. Since 2009 his activities in Tecnalia have been actively related to Digital Signal processing of sensor data for Industrial Maintenance applications.
