Dr. Raúl Tabarés is senior researcher at Fundación TECNALIA RESEARCH & INNOVATION where he works at the intersection of digitalization, policy and culture. He is also associate professor in the Master of Philosophical Challenges of the Open University of Catalunya where he teaches the module of “Technoscientific challenges”. His work has been published in top-rated journals and he has also produced a significant number of conference papers and book chapters. He has been a speaker in different seminars, lectures, workshops and events and he has been involved in many international collaborative research projects such as TERRIS (Horizon 2020) OPENMAKER (Horizon 2020) or New HoRRIzon (Horizon 2020) among others. He is also member of EASST and Red esCTS associations, and he is part of the editorial board of the “Journal of Responsible Technology”, "Journal of Responsible Innovation" and "TEKNOKULTURA". Nowadays, his research is tightly related with digital cultures and responsible innovation.
