Mechanical Engineer (specializing in Construction) since 2006 from the ETSI of Bilbao. He joined Labein-Tecnalia in October 2006 as a project manager, responsible for planning, managing, and developing various projects related to fire safety in infrastructure and unique buildings. Notable among these are the development of Advanced Evacuation Analysis projects for fire scenarios in unique buildings and CFD-based fluid dynamic studies of ventilation strategies, including the development of algorithms for the automatic management of ventilation in road tunnels in case of fire.

He has extensive experience in validating ventilation strategies in road tunnels through the Hot Clean Smoke Test Equipment patented by TECNALIA. His work includes participation in projects such as the Probabilistic Mapping Methodology for Urban Critical Infrastructures Against Blast (MAPEX, 2012-2014) and the Development of Modular Construction for Sustainable Design, Stability, and Seismic Applications (MOD-CONS, 2013-2014).
