Mrs. Sara Casado was graduated from the Basque Country University in 1990 in Mathematics. Postgraduate course in the program: "University Specialization in Data Analytics Projects for Industry 4.0" in 2020. Since 1991 she has worked as a researcher at the Steelmaking Area at Tecnalia (former LABEIN). Her main experience is related to the modeling of steel making processes using commercial tools, the implementation of applications for the simulation and optimization of steel making processes and the development of interactive control systems, with the goal of improving the product quality/properties and reducing costs, time and environmental impact. She has also experience in the optimization of complex systems, design of experiments and CFD.
