Sara Miguel Otaño

Technician in Analysis and Control, acquiring professional knowledge at I.E.S. Escuela del Papel (Tolosa) and at the company Inasmet-Tecnalia (Donostia) in 2008. Since 2008, she has been developing her professional career at Tecnalia. She is part of the Hydrogen, Materials, and Processes Area, working as a technician and laboratory manager in the Membrane Technology and Process Intensification Laboratory. Her professional experience is linked to the characterization and production processes of polymeric and inorganic membranes. She has experience in performing permeation tests (flat membranes, hollow-fiber membrane modules, tubular inorganic membranes) and in producing flat membranes by tape-casting, hollow-fiber membranes by spinning, and tubular inorganic membranes by electroless-plating.
