ShortBio

Researcher in the Circularity Area at TECNALIA Research & Innovation

Background in organic synthesis of heterocycles derived from biomass gained during my BSc in Chemistry (UEx) and the MSc in Sustainable Chemistry (UEx/UJI/UPV/ITQ-CSIC). The PhD in Applied Physics (CIC energiGUNE/TECNALIA/UPV) gave me a deep knowledge about the synthesis and thermophysical characterization of innovative solid-state organic phase change materials for thermal energy storage.

Currently, I am engaged in projects related to the valorisation and recycling of biomass and plastic waste in order to obtain high value-added products, as well as CO2 capture and utilisation - all driven by the commitment to promoting a sustainable energy transition.
