Graduated in Chemical Sciences in 1996 and obtained a PhD in Chemical Sciences in 2020 from the University of the Basque Country. In 2009, she completed a Master's Degree in Chemical Process Engineering and Sustainable Development at the University of the Basque Country. She has worked at TECNALIA since 1999, where she has developed her activity in the scaling and development of prototypes for the treatment of solid and gaseous residual fractions. She has extensive experience in gas valorisation technologies (separation, enrichment, cracking, hydrogenation) and solids (gasification, pyrolysis, roasting). In 2007, she represented the technical secretariat of the Spanish Biomass Technology Platform. She is a member of the Spanish Society of Catalysis (SECAT) and the Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2). He currently works in the Energy, Climate and Urban Transition Unit of TECNALIA R&I, specialising in the field of microreactors applied to chemical synthesis, hydrogen production and CO2 valorisation. Since 2010, he has participated in research projects related to the preparation of catalysts, the valorisation of organic waste using thermal technologies and the design and construction of catalytic reactors based on microchannel technology for the synthesis of biofuels, hydrogen production and the production of synthetic natural gas from CO2. Lastly, it should be noted that since 2021 he has belonged to the bank of experts of the State Research Agency.
