Thomas Dietrich, (Male) Dipl.-Ing. for Biotechnology. He has more than 20 years professional experience in the field of Bioprocess Engineering and expertise in management of National and European research projects. He coordinated for example the European project HELICAS – Innovative utilisation strategies for sunflower biomass, the European project AIRTV – Testing network for verification of air emissions abatement technologies as well as the European project TRANSBIO – BioTRANSformation of by-products from fruit and vegetable processing industry into valuable BIOproducts as well as the H2020 project VOLATILE - Biowaste derived volatile fatty acid platform for biopolymers, bioactive compounds and chemical building blocks.
