Club Excelencia en Gestión presented its 6th Good Practices in Management Awards at the ceremony held on Thursday, November 16 in Madrid. A total of five projects received awards in the categories of Healthcare, University, Education, Large Organization and SME.
The work of 10 organizations, selected as finalists and including TECNALIA, was also recognized in the "Large Organization" category with the practice "Portfolio Management to manage and transfer the value generated in R&D&I projects". A lot of work has been done to manage the portfolio of assets and platforms with the highest possible profitability so that FPC investments optimize PBC and VPI returns. This recognition is a merit to an excellent way of management as a part of the overall concept of excellence of a Technology Center. In addition to being excellent in scientific production indicators, we must also be excellent in other management disciplines, processes, marketing, people, systems and governance. The keys that characterize us are excellence, speed, adaptability and collaboration. All the best practices submitted were subjected to an exhaustive evaluation by a Technical Committee made up of expert management evaluators. Subsequently, the multi-sector institutional jury, after various analyses and reviews, determined the winners and finalists.
Ignacio Babé, Managing Director and CEO of Club Excelencia en Gestión, explained that "The awards that we have presented tonight are aimed at recognizing, encouraging and promoting the dissemination of excellent, innovative and sustainable management of organizations through the exchange of knowledge and experiences".
