Tetramax Award for Advances in Blockchain

Prize

Description

The European Digital Innovation Hub Tetramax has awarded the research team from TECNALIA, composed of Maite Álvarez, Iván Gutiérrez, Daniel Landa, and Conchi Cortés, for their work on the CLEC Blockchain technology aimed at photovoltaic energy purchase agreements.

The CLEC system provides a secure communication flow; data collected through sensors is sent to a cloud platform. This platform then forwards the data to a Blockchain network, implemented by TECNALIA, which is responsible for verifying the related contractual clauses. If any clause is violated, an alert is generated so that it can be received by anyone subscribed to the alert event channel and reviewed by an administrator.
