Abstract

In this article the y-axis of Figure 2 was incorrectly given as ’Reintubation (%)’ but should have been "Probability of being free of reintubation (%)". The Fig. 2 should have appeared as shown below. The Authors apologize for the mistake. The original article has been corrected.
