Abstract

Context awareness plays an essential role in implementing the Ambient Intelligence vision (AmI). Instrumentalized data gloves are used for task tracking based on the information provided by sensors embedded into them. This article presents some preliminary results of the use of Genetic Algorthms for sensor selection in person independent task recognition system.
