Abstract

A new procedure to test the radiated emissions of large machines was suggested in 2003. Instead of antennas it uses a simple wire structure to detect the radiated emissions. A correction factor similar to the common antenna factor was therefore introduced. Those so-called “K-factors”, gained from simulations and measurements, are analyzed.
