Abstract
Currently, SMEs are leaving the role of provider to become a partner of the whole development process. In order to assume their responsibilities, they are invited to collaborate, to co-decide and co-promote their results for a better accomplishment of their objectives. "Collaborative working" can be defined as: working together to achieve a common goal by sharing tools and understanding of information, and by exploiting communication means to improve efficiency of work.
