Resumen

An Energy Community can be integrated by members attached to various electricity tariffs. Within this context, the generation of a proportional price for internal P2P market regarding the tariff of each community member arises. This paper proposes a price-setting method for determining this P2P market prices in an Energy Community composed of tertiary and residential buildings in Spain. Unlike the mean P2P price establishment approach, this paper associated the price with prosumers’ tariffs and the balance between energy production and demand. In this way, a more according price to the tariff and the real value of the kWh in each hourly period is generated. The generated price can be used as a signal of how energy is consumed in the community. In that way, participants who wish to lower the energy price can use an elastic demand profile and shift their demand to high energy generation hours to benefit from low community prices.
