In the original publication of this manuscript [Moreno-García E, Puerta-Alcade E, Gariup G et al. Early Stepdown From Echinocandin to Fluconazole Treatment in Candidemia: A Post Hoc Analysis of Three Cohort Studies. Open Forum Infect Dis, Volume 8, Issue 6, June 2021. https://doi.org/10.1093/ofid/ ofab250], the financial support section was incomplete and updated to read as follows: "This research forms part of an activity that has received funding from EIT Health.
