Dispositivo para polimerizar lactamas en moldes

The invention relates to a device (100, 300, 400) for polymerising lactams in moulds, comprising: a hopper (110, 310, 410) for storing solid lactam (120, 320, 420), and a lactam supply means which comprises a plasticising screw (131, 331, 431) for simultaneously melting the lactam and guiding it in a dosed form towards a mixing chamber (160, 360, 460). The device also comprises: a dosing means (140, 340, 440) for supplying a liquid initiator; and a dosing means (150, 350, 450) for supplying a liquid activator. The mixing chamber (160, 360, 460) is designed to receive the lactam, the initiator and the activator, in a dosed form, from said supply and dosing means. The mixing chamber has three independent inlets for independently receiving the lactam, the initiator and the activator, in order to allow them to flow into the mixing chamber (160, 360, 460), coming into contact with each other for the first time just before entering a mould (170, 370, 470) arranged next to the chamber and set up for the polymerisation reaction to be produced therein.
